Mikaela has worked in the field of ABA since 2022, and has previous experience in mental health services and disability services. She is a Colorado Springs native and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pikes Peak State College. Her favorite part of ABA is being able to watch kids grow and learn new skills. In her free time, Mikaela enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and reading.
