Olivia Foster
BCBA - She/Her
Olivia has been in the ABA field since 2017 and has worked in pediatric behavioral healthcare since 2013. Her dad retired from the Air Force while in Colorado and she has called it home for the past 20 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Positive Psychology from Regis University in Denver and her Master's in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in Indiana. As a BCBA and someone who is also neurodivergent, Olivia is passionate about educating the community about neurodiversity. She wants to help neurodiverse individuals thrive in an environment that is sometimes built in a way that can work against them. She believes that her role as a BCBA is to encourage her patients to embrace who they are, while also teaching them the skills they need to use their environment in a way in which they can thrive. In her free time she loves to fly fish with her brother, play video/board games, start new art projects, and travel with her wife Abi. She also loves spending time with their cat Zane and pups, Cosmo, Nanook and Prince.
