Hayley Bowen

Board Certified Behavior Analyst · She/Her

Hayley has been in the field of ABA since 2018 and in the pediatric therapy realm since 2011. As the founder and owner of Atlas Behavior Consulting, she started this journey after realizing that many ABA practices lacked the heart and compassion she believes are essential for true, patient-centered care. With a background in pediatric physical therapy and a passion for holistic approaches, she founded Atlas to be a place where we lead with heart and prioritize the well-being of every individual we serve.

Hayley recently became a certified yoga teacher, which enriches our practice by allowing us to incorporate even more movement and mindfulness techniques into our work. When she’s not focused on Atlas, she loves embracing the Colorado lifestyle with her better half, Tori, and their two dogs, Oakley and Lincoln. Whether they’re hiking, snowboarding, camping, enjoying outdoor concerts, or practicing yoga, they find joy in the beauty of the outdoors and the balance it brings to their lives.

Tori Salas

DNP, APRN, AGCNS-BC, RN-BC · She/Her

Tori has been in the medical field for over 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to Atlas. Originally from Illinois, she completed her undergraduate degree at Illinois State University before earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus.

Drawn to Colorado by a love for the mountains, she enjoys spending her free time mountain biking, climbing, hiking, and camping. She shares these adventures with her wife, Hayley, and their two pups, Lincoln and Oakley.

Office Manager

Sarah Anna

Registered Behavior Technician · She/Her

Sarah has worked in ABA since 2021 and has previous experience as a Special Education preschool teacher, residential treatment staff for adolescents, and direct support staff for adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. She is originally from Buffalo, New York and moved to Colorado in January 2021. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia.

She began her work with Atlas as an RBT in Fall 2023, and has since grown into an administration role as Office Coordinator in January 2025, and Office Manager in January 2026.

Her favorite thing about ABA is hearing how clients and families have been positively affected by their therapy! In her free time she enjoys camping & sitting around bonfires, listening to live music, spending time with her cat Bones, and supporting the Buffalo Bills. Go Bills!
